On the beach
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayVery good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.

Excellent location and features
Publié le 19 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice, updated condo with beachfront access. Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood.
The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?).
There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher.
Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc.
Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue.
We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach!

Great mini vacation.

property fit the billing. enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the short drive to our favorite restaurants.
