Amazing beach studio!
Posted Jul. 31, 2024 on HotelsThis small complex has 4 units and is very well maintained. The unit was just as pictured and the property manager was amazing to accommodate us. I’d highly recommend!

We enjoyed Coco Sands very much. It was our second time staying. It's very close to the beach and pefect size for a couple's getaway. The parking was a little tight as we drive a truck and felt that we may have been blocking the car in spot 4, but it seemed to work out. Great place to stay if you want brach time!

Very cute and well stocked bungalow. Close to the ocean, chairs and umbrellas available.

A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Very clean and welcoming studio, beach is literally across the street, grill out front of each unit, laundry room available, kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook. Highly recommend and for sure will be booking again soon.
