Publié le 30 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe condo is a bit dated (kitchen and bathrooms), but it is clean and there is everything you need. The location is hard to beat, near everything and directly on the beach, we really enjoyed our stay.

Can we stay forever?

Also, Cathy was so easy to get ahold of, so helpful and so accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this condo!

Ground corner unit on the beach!
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent 3 days on Cocoa Beach and it was beautiful! The views, beach and shelling was amazing! The staff was so kind! Cathy (property manager) came while we were there and was so helpful!! This is not a fancy unit but it was clean, comfortable and in a heavenly location! Checking & out was a breeze! Everyone was so friendly too! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!!
