Hôtel resté dans les années 1980

Moquette au sol à l’hygiène douteuse, bloc climatisation extrêmement bruyant, propreté aléatoire. Si vous êtes nostalgique des années 1980, cet hôtel est fait pour vous ! La vue est belle des étages élevés mais sauf à bénéficier d’une grosse promotion, cet hôtel est à fuir.

1 night stay.

We stayed for 1 night. We were headed to a cruise in the morning. The stay was cheap, I was staying for 1 night. I would not stay here for longer than 1 night however. The beds were uncomfortable and itchy.

Really disappointed the hotel and Expedia didn’t reply to messages. Our ESTA was refused due to travel to Cuba. A single UK Mum and 2 13 year old twins. Hadn’t realised USA declared Cuba a terrorist state. Ridiculous. I tried to move this to April as I’ve had to pay £££ to move and now applying for full Visas. And this hotel allied full charges.

Hi Hazel, I am so sorry you have had to postpone your holiday. The hotel has spoken to Expedia and given the okay to waive the fee due to the circumstances. We are awaiting their response to refund them the 1 night stay. We hope to see you and your twins in April.
