Welcome to the Hawaiian Cottage, just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. This luxury suite is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach Ron Jon's and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This property is part of a secluded triplex, on a quiet street, and we have converted each of the 3 units into luxury vacation rentals. The property includes a large, heated, salt water pool, that is semi-private ( shared only among the 3 suites).

The Space:
Step into your Hawaiian inspired living room where you will be greeted by original Hawaiian art. The living room offers a plush sofa which converts into a queen size, Temperpedic, pillow top bed. Here you can settle into your favorite HBO series or Netflix with our complimentary movie channels and WIFI provided on the large, smart TV. Instead you may choose to keep the distractions away, open the blinds to native palms, and crank up the reggae on the sound system.

This Suite offers a fully functional and stocked kitchen with large granite counter tops. The kitchen includes brand new Whirlpool appliances with all the conveniences of home including; dishwasher, electric stove, 33" refrigerator, microwave, ice maker and disposal. For those chiefs who find pleasure in cooking you'll have everything you need from spices to culinary ware, ready to serve on the breakfast bar.

When it’s time to cozy up into your master bedroom you will enjoy a queen size, pillow top mattress. If you choose to stay in for movie night, an additional large, smart TV with Netflix is here for your entertainment.

At some point, you might be ready to freshen up and wash that salt off of your skin. Step into the wash room with floor to ceiling travertine, with decor that makes you feel like you're on the North Shore. After cleaning up, head out to enjoy some fresh locally caught seafood brought straight into Port Canaveral daily.

The Hawaiian Cottage offers a second bedroom with continued luxuries of home. This room contains another queen size bed and it's own 40” smart TV. This bedroom connects to the large laundry room complete with washer, dryer, and extra storage space. You can also access your private, paved, spacious back patio for those who prefer to do their lounging outside. Temperatures permitting, open up all the windows here for the fresh smell of the ocean air.

Don't forget the front courtyard boasts a newly installed, 35 foot, salt water pool! This semi-private (shared only amongst the 3 suites on the property) pool is a great area for relaxation, sunshine, and catching up with the latest great reads. Don't worry, during the winter months the pool is equipped with a heater for year round enjoyment.

SUMMARY: The Little Kahuna Suite includes; a washer, dryer, 40 gallon hot water heater, WIFI, and Netflix. It is family and pet friendly, can sleep up to 6 guests, with a large, private, back paved patio area. The suite is walking distance to the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier is approximately 3/4 of a mile and the walk to the beach is about 2 -3 minutes or less than 1/4 mile.

This property is a secluded triplex on a quiet street, and we have converted each of the 3 units into luxury vacation rentals. This unit is themed after Hawaii, the middle unit is the Abaco Suite after the chain of islands in the Bahamas, and the first unit is the Tahiti Suite. All three suites make up the property named "Christopher's at 2Eleven". The 35 foot swimming pool is located in the front courtyard and is shared if there are other guests on the property during your stay.
