Beach Getaway
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything went very well. Ocean front condo was spacious for our needs and everything within walking distance or a short drive. Only negative....the patio door/screen badly need to be replaced. Not fixed but replaced. Such a beautiful property with the main attraction the ocean should not have to battle a screen door. The glass door doesn't fit or has been damaged beyond repair. The wooden desk/table on the deck obstructs the view of the ocean. The only condo in this complex with such a useless eyesore. Otherwise EXCELLENT!

Cocoa Beach bacation

Great Stay
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is great and is in an awesome location. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The only problem was the neighbor constantly smoking pot on their balcony which made our unit smell, and we couldn't use the balcony. For this reason, it is not ideal for kids (we had 3 with us), otherwise it would have been perfect.

I am glad that Coastal Haven was great spot for your vacation. I wish you would of called me about the neighbors, I would of yelled at them.

Weekend getaway
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect and the view amazing. Steps to the beach, the pool was clean and refreshing and the rooftop access was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat condo the best balcony beach veiw! Condo very nice and clean. Couches did have a little bit of a muskie odor to them but nothing over bearing. The 1st couple of nights there was a great deal of noise from the ceiling (people above us) but it did not last long. Over all this was by far a GREAT place to say! *****
