Great Stay
Publié le 2 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect for a couple. Really clean and fresh. The whole property looks recently updated. Nice outdoor areas to sit and have coffee. Lots of beach accessories to use, and the beach is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Property was exactly as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation. It was a quick walk to the beach; everything you need for the beach is already provided. Very quiet and relaxing location!

Birthday getaway
Publié le 3 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen & for the beach was provided. The place was clean inside and the surroundings as well. Loved the out door seating area, grilling area & a smoking area. This was our second stay here & brought along 4 other friends who were very pleased with their rooms & accommodations. We will be back in August as this is our go to place to stay when we’re in Cocoa Beach. During this stay we got to meet the lovely owner who was super friendly, accommodating & she gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommend staying here!

Darling beach cottage
Publié le 1 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was absolutely darling, and everything you could ever want on vacation. Immaculate and very well located, just steps to the beach. Only complaint was the bathroom a brighter light and the tv was hard to navigate. The pull out sofa was super comfy as was the bed in the one bedroom. Restaurant book was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back next time we come to town.
