Marilyn was very attentive and even messaged us to let us know when the Rocket Launches were scheduled to take place while we were there. My husband and I can not wait to return to this beautiful home away from home. We were sad to leave.

Fabulous place to stay!
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had to change our vacation plans last minute due to Hurricane Helene damaging the place we originally booked on the Gulf side, and we’re so glad we ended up in Cocoa Beach! Marilyn was absolutely fantastic—super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton hit while we were here, but Marilyn guided us every step of the way, from lowering the hurricane shutters to who to contact for any issues. Her support made all the difference, and we couldn't have asked for a better host!
As for the condo itself, it was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like a home away from home. Despite the weather, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful, well equipped, great beach condo!!
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMarilyn was fast responding and very nice. The condo was very well renovated and decorated. Beds were super comfy, and all the beach gear was there..and more! Kitchen was great and anything you can think of is there. We had a brief stay but wish it had been longer. A little pricier than some other condos in the area, but well worth it! We’ll def book again when coming to the area. We got to see rocket launch too!

Wonderful 4th of July

We had a small issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly on the first day and the owners were very responsive and did everything they could to fix the issue as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend this place!

It was very nicely decorated and the condo was in a great location steps to the beach. Marilyn was super responsive and accommodating. Hoping to return again soon.

Boat race weekend
