Labor Day Cocoa
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place. clean & comfortable. Everything was in good shape. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner had some nice beach stuff available for us to use. Publix and many restaurants, go-carts, arcade & mini golf all within 4 blocks. My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and we couldn't change the house temp. Not letting your guest set a temperature they would prefer was too much an issue for our group. It was really a nice place in a good location but, I probably won't stay here again because of the locked thermostat.

Thanks David. The thermostat is programmed but I do offer some flexibility if a guest contacts me. I wish you had done so as I do want my guests to be comfortable. Thanks for coming.

Great stay!
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, convenient to beach. We stayed prior to leaving for a cruise. Very nice house with lots of space. Greg was easy to work with and quick to respond.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Great location and beautiful spacious home!
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySo close to everything! We walked to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We loved all the space inside and the having extra beach toys was a bonus. We also really enjoyed the upstairs balconies and sitting out in the evenings. Internet was a little challenging, but the owner was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. Would absolutely stay here again!

Pre Cruise Three Day Stay
Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Greg the owner was great to respond when we contacted him pre-check in. We did not need to contact him after check in. The property was centrally located and we found it easy to get to most places. The kitchen does not have a coffee pod maker but does have a coffee pot. There were no coffee filters but Duncan is literally right next to the condo so we just walked over there daily. Having stayed in many VRBO's or rentals there were some things I noticed that needed attendance but overall we had a nice time. There is no working smoke detector in the master bedroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable for all of us but I think that is a matter of comfort and opinion. If you are planning on staying for more than two days you may need to purchase more toilet paper and paper towels. There was random half used groceries in the pantry that we did not touch. Overall it was clean. There were two towels and wash rags in the bathrooms which was not enough for us but we used the beach towels. None of the issues were things that the owner could change on our stay. We did find the thermostat inconsistent but we knew going in that he controls that and you cannot adjust it. We enjoyed the area and there is a lot to do. There are bikes and beach items in the garage that you can use so that is nice.

Hi Dawn. I'm very confused by your comments and wish that you reached out to me while you were there. In 6 years of hosting, I've never received these comments. There are at least 3-4 towels in each bathroom. Did you look in the bathroom vanity? There are more than enough paper towels, napkins and toilet paper to last a week or longer. Groceries: not sure why you were bothered by it, but when guests buy items such as canned goods or seasonings, they may leave them vs throwing away for future guest use as a courtesy. You don't have to use them. When you stayed, it was unusually cold and I set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature so it wouldn't be cold in the unit. Again, I'm not sure of the issue here either. Thanks for coming.
