Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayA beautiful, fun stay at the beach. Communication with host, ease of access to condo, cleanliness was outstanding. Cant wait to stay at this condo while visiting Cocoa Beach again!

Great stay

The overall property was very clean, the pool was great and being close to the beach was wonderful. We forgot our son’s boogie board, so it was a nice surprise to find one in the closet, along with lots of other beach items. The only issue was a musty smell when we arrived, I don’t know why because everything appeared very clean. We used some plug in air fresheners and that helped.

Summer Vacation 2024
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy granddaughter and her friend and myself had a wonderful time during our stay. The shops and pier were just minutes away and the food was spectacular. We were right on the beach! We will definitely be back!

Great view and walk to the beach
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was great to see the beach, ocean from the balcony and a short walk to get to the beach. The unit is on the 4th floor but there are elevators. Short drive to grocery store and everything in Cocoa Beach. There is a closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, so no need to bring those.

Clean and Excellent Location
Publié le 14 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was clean and comfortable. Located right on the beach and in a good location within Cocoa Beach. It could use updating but we had no complaints other than it would be nice to have exit requirements printed out in the unit. We would stay there again.
