Isabella was wonderful. Anything we needed, she was available. She does a great job

Great family get away
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwaySuper nice townhome, well equipped, awesome owners. Very spacious, great views from the multiple balconies. Riverfront walking trail, park, and Cocoa Village shops, pubs, and eateries a few steps away. 3 large private sleeping areas, all with their own baths. Indoor parking, terrific top floor patio. My family (8 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This property is at the top of our favorite list.

Perfect accomodations to enjoy everything from NASA to Legoland

Perfect Location and exceptionally clean

We cooked in every night and found everything we needed in her well-stocked kitchen, including sharp knives, which seems to be a rarity in rentals! The location is just a few steps to Cocoa Village, so we never needed our car except for exploring Cocoa Beach, etc. Isabella greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything that we needed to know. The photos are a true representation of the unit.
The only thing I would caution anyone about is that there is an additional fee for more than 2 guests.

Publié le 22 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWow, unbelievable vacation rental. This place had it all, everything you are looking for. The perfect getaway location near the heart of Cocoa Villiage. I travel a lot and play a lot as well and this rental by far was the #1 site I’ve stayed at. Izzy the host was very helpful and 100% committed to customer satisfaction. The place was clean and had everything needed to enjoy the views and vibes. GREAT PLACE!

Beautiful and perfect place to stay
Publié le 18 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed here and really enjoyed the condo. The owner, Isabella, was there for check in and answered any questions we had. Everything you need was available at the condo and the kitchen was well stocked with all supplies needed to cook a meal. Wonderful restaurants were close by and easy to walk to in less than 10 minutes. The master bedroom was on the top floor and quite large with a very comfortable bed. The elevator was quite convenient on the days we didn’t want to walk up the stairs. We highly recommend this condo for large and small groups. Thank you Isabella for a wonderful stay!
