The staff was so nice, helpful, and kind. Especially Danielle! The event we went for was so convenient to have attached to the hotel. Everything was clean and nice. Comfy bed. I think they’re about to upgrade some things and that will make it even more modernized too!

Overall the stay was amazing me and my wife stayed the night because we had a cruise booked the only downfall I had with this hotel the next morning a maid had walked in on us while we were getting dressed and all she could say was she had us as checked out and I stated clearly we haven’t and you should of knocked. So basically the hotel wouldn’t compensate me for that situation

Portia gave us a really smooth check in and was really friendly with conversation, and Ryan (I think it’s Ryan?) the night guy was great aswell. Me and my partner had an amazing night and the jacuzzi tub was much needed.

The staff in the breakfast area was very nice. However the front desk were nice too, but not helpful. The hotel lost power in parts of the building. So we had no hot water to take a shower, A/C stop working in our room. I rented 2 room one for my wife an I and another for my elderly in-laws both where on the 3rd floor since there was no power the elevator wasn’t working I had to bring all of our luggage down the stairs. When I ask e for some sort of dis for the inconvenience, they basically told me there was nothing they could do because I booked it through Expedia. Which was B. S. I wouldn’t recommend a this hotel to anyone and I wouldn’t stay there again.
