A cute little house that gets the job done for 2-5 people. It is small and although it has good modern updates, signs of it being an old house exists such as sticky doors that don’t latch well. A bit of a stretch to call it ‘high end.’ There’s only one bathroom which has the only mirror in the house. Would benefit from putting up other mirrors in the bedrooms so as to not occupy the bathroom for things like hair/makeup.

Very cute place
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayIt's a very cute place. You have anything that you need. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The communications with the property office was great. We were 4 in my party, 2 adults, 2 kids, and there was enough room for everyone. My only "issues " was that it would be nice if the outside sitting area was more private since the houses are super close to each other. The other thing is that you need to wash and put away the dishes before you leave. It would be nice if you just put them to wash and the cleaning service put them away.

Lovely and comfortable home, great location

Beds and blankets were comfortable, shower had great water pressure, everything was clean and details were thoughtful. The location was great, just a couple minutes from downtown. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back to town.

The owners knew we weren't feeling 100% so they left us a card and chicken noodle soup. Super thoughtful.

Cozy home with a short walk to the lake and town
Publié le 13 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed staying at Rich and Devon’s home which had so much warmth and character. Every room was decorated with relaxing and functional furniture. We did not use the kitchen but it was equipped from what we saw and the bathroom was very clean. The house is walking distance to Angelo’s Italian Restaurant (excellent food) and a coffee house that had fresh baked goods daily. It is also walking distance to the lake and town which had several shops, restaurants, bakeries and wine and beer tasting. We would recommend this home to anyone who is thinking about visiting Coeur d’Alene.
