The property is in serious need of maintenance. There is a lot of siding that has fallen off, missing screens, gaps around the doors, loose door handles, etc.
They had a virtual person at the front desk part of the day. This was weird and took longer than having a live person at the desk.
The cleaning people did a good job and so did the person at the desk when it was manned.

Not impressed. Unit had a kitchen with no pots pans or dining utensils etc. Floors were terribly dirty. Bedspread was stained. Bathtub plug did not work and drain needed to be unclogged. We were placed next to long term tenants on the weekend and then had to call to ask for the noise to be turned down. Remote check in no live attendant. Outside of the building is falling apart. Sheets and towels were clean.

We paid $180 for a room with no coffee pot or hairdryer. Check in was through a machine. The door to the room had gaps and peeling paint. The toilet ran constantly, and husband heard 2 shotgun shots in the middle of the night. Way off the beaten path...and did i mention we paid $180.

I asked about ice and drinks when I arrived. I was told it was right next to our room. The soda/water machine was empty. Plenty of ice though.

Place worked out good. Nothing special but convenient
