I stay here regularly for work purposes, the room as usual is fine, the staff friendly and easy to deal with, on this occasion I was in bed around 9pm and heard guests using the lockbox assuming for the room next to me being split rooms, however my door opened, rather embarrassing, I had my keys and my door was locked so I am assuming that they had been given the wrong keys or something, its not a good look, invasion of privacy as well, if I was not in my room and had come back and my work laptop was missing who would be at fault? this is very alarming because I am sure I would be told it's my fault and we are sorry.

Hello Cameron, I'm really sorry to hear about the experience you had during your recent stay. It’s definitely concerning that someone was able to access your room, especially after you had locked it. This sort of situation should not occur, and I completely understand why you'd feel alarmed, especially considering the potential security risk to your personal belongings, like your work laptop. We have checked the keys since your departure and the keys for the room next door cannot open the room you were staying in so I really am not sure what has happened here.While we can't change what happened, I want to assure you that guest safety and privacy are paramount to us, and this is something we take very seriously.Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the stress caused.Warm regards,The team at Charlesworth Resorts

Great pool, easy collection of keys, quiet, not all tv channels worked, self contained, polite staff.

Great Location ,set in beautiful grounds. Very quiet. We had a massive apartment, which well equipped The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the floors, after walking barefoot on the tiled floor our feet were black with dirt. Apart from that little moan, I would definitely stay there again, I was disappointed that I only stayed ine night. I wish that I could have stayed longer.
