This has become my go to choice in Coffs Harbour when I come here for work a few times a year.

Freezer not freezing. Not much selection in terms of food onsite and it wasn’t open everyday for room service.

Great room - excellent that there is a restaurant and bar on the premises with a gym and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful - paid a little more for the room than usual but my stay ticked so many boxes it was worth it.

The property is ok. Considering what they charge it really isn't anything special or exciting. My room was apparently upgraded. It was just a standard motel room really. My room had a major leak. Carpet was saturated. I didn't discover this until the next morning of my stay when i was rushing out for the day. By the time I returned reception was closed. I checked out the next morning and advised the staff about the leak. They stated 'Why didn't you tell us earlier'. Sorry I was very busy for the weekend. That was it! So for $300 a night you get to stay in a room with soggy Carpets. I will never stay here again

And had you let us know we would have moved your rooms immediately so we could rectify the issue and prevent further damage. We are always contactable by phone even after reception is closed and we would prefer you do this so we have a chance to make your stay more enjoyable and not hindered by any issues.

Perfect for families!

The staff member at checkin was so kind, the room was perfect (our kids thought it was the coolest hotel room ever), everything was clean, and the location had a lot of restaurants nearby to grab dinner. This was just a quick stopover on our road trip, but I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed before (Feb. 24) and enjoyed it. Same this time, although very noisy both late at night and early morning due to the location of my room (#203).

Hotel is called the city centre it's not anywhere near the city centre. King suites are not king suites, they are shoe boxes not blackout blinds. Very noisy spot. Was a hot day booked it because it had a pool, only to find out upon arrival that the pool was empty. Stay elsewhere

You booked one of our King Spa rooms not the King Studios which are a larger room but we would have been more than happy to move you.
