Home away from home

Plenty of room for our large group! Great area for the kiddos to run around and large deck for grilling and hanging out! Nice quiet lake and area in general! Also close to town!

Second stay here - looking forward to coming back!

This was our second stay here. Great communication with the host, easy check in. Very clean, well stocked, cozy yet plenty of room for our family. We loved the location, beautiful lake, bonfire and sauna! We look forward to coming back again!

Loon Unit - Best Place Ever!!

We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this wonderful house! Excellent communication from the owner (Katherine) and property mgr (Tim) started our vacation off on the right track.They are both super helpful. This house was perfect for our large family (10+) gathering. For anyone wanting/needing a FULL kitchen, this is the place you want to rent. Meals can be stressful & expensive for large groups. The kitchen layout is a cooks dream and it had everything to make meals fun and easy. So nice to have a stocked pantry of spices, herbs and basic staples. I even baked cookies! The house is spacious and furnishings comfortable. The basement is on the cooler side which worked out perfect for our warm sleepers and the bunk beds are cozy. Note there is only 2 queen beds in the house, the rest are twins but there's a lot of room to spread out. This is crucial when you have a lot of guests. The wi-fi also worked great for those who have to stay connected! Easy access to the lake and the amenities are very nice. We used the fishing boat, kayaks and fire pit. Hope to use the sauna and sail boat next time. I miss the falls in MN and this property highlighted it all, the trees and surroundings were spectacular. This is truly a 'home' and you can tell it's lived in and loved. It's comfortable, warm and inviting. Don't expect perfection and you will not be disappointed with your choice! Happy vacationing!

Great Property

Really a great property for the price. My brother dad and I rented this place for a fishing getaway and it was fantastic. Would happily stay here again!

Annual girls long weekend

We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed it every time. Communication with Tim was excellent as we had a hiccup or two. Nothing major.

Family gathering

We enjoyed spending time at this home. My sister has always wanted to live at a lake and she will be 87 in October so we rented this home by the lake. We spent a lot of time sitting by the lake and enjoying the view and the great weather. Many relatives live in the area so it was a great time to get to know each other once again. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed our visit to the lake.

Lovely lake house

Two families of four enjoyed this property for a long weekend. We rented a pontoon and spent most of the very warm weekend on the water. The house was well equipped for our families.
