My stay was fine. It was a one night stop over and everything was good.

I was especially pleased with the desk/managers at this facility. Being handicapped, when I checked in during a rain storm, the desk manager helped me with my luggage from my car to my room. Due to my wet shoes, I slipped and fell down in the bathroom, called the front desk, and help arrived immediately to help me get up. I'm sorry I did not get the names of these wonderful caring folks, but certainly want you to send them my thanks! I've stayed at this facility before and will definitely do it again.

Room was fine for a stopping point to break up a drive but I wouldn’t stay here for multiple days. Room was very basic, tv sound at max was hard to hear, fridge wasn’t turned on so would take forever to get cold enough for drinks and bed was caved in in the middle. Worked for what we needed but that’s it.

This property is fine for an overnight stay. Pool looked greenish. Breakfast offering was nothing special and little attention to refilling items(like eggs).

I was told on the phone by them, they were pet friendly. Knowing this, I made the reservation . We arrived at 9:00 p.m. to check in and was told the rooms they had for dogs were not available. Could I have bee told that on the phone when I inquired about pets. Here we now are in the middle of Kansas after driving 10 hours and no room. Extremely arrogant and rude concerning this matter. I was told my review matter not to them. I am a very good Wyndham Reward Member and use Expedia for convenience when on the road traveling.Terrible service and attitude.
