This honestly shouldn’t have been more than a $50 dollar room tops. When we got to our room, we were tired and just wanted to relax and watch some tv. We turned on the tv and it didn’t work, we tried to see what the issue was and couldn’t figure it. So my husband went to the front office to let them know that the tv and cable wasn’t working, they said they’d be right over. 45 minutes later still nobody has come, we were hungry and tired and just wanted to relax. I finally asked my husband if our firestick would work on the tv, he replied; yep! So I ran out into the car and grabbed it. The office never did come to our room to check on the tv. The tub was filthy, and just as we were getting ready to fall asleep, the racket in the room above us was terrible, thought the ceiling was going to come down, and the outside noise was just as bad. The floor under our feet was so dirty and the floor was warped so it wasn’t level. My husband and I travel a lot back and forth from Tennessee to Utah, and we definitely won’t be stopping by this place again! The owners of this motel should be ashamed that they don’t clean or take care of their business any better than this, but I guess when foreigners own it their level of cleanliness and care aren’t the same standards as the people in the U.S. And Motel 6 please spare me the reply; we’re so sorry that we didn’t meet your needs! You all know you’re not meeting the needs of the customers and further more you don’t care.

Ok, pretty average

Front desk was nice enough.
It wasn’t a run down dive, it’s was average all around. Good for a one night stop on a longer trip.

Dishonest and bad service
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsMy tv wouldn't work and so I asked for a different room (they came twice to "reset" my tv). There were hardly any cars in the parking lot but they told me they were sold out! Complete fabrication!

It was a decent cheap spot for one nights stay. Around 1am the smoke alarm in my room started chirping and the front desk staff took care of it right away so thank you for that. The only issue was some maintenance person was drilling RIGHT outside my room literally the wall to my room before 9am. I believe some courtesy should have been taken to ensure there was no one in that room before making a bunch of noise and maybe waiting a bit. Its no fun to be woken up to loud drilling noises.

The bathroom fan in our room, 109, was too loud to leave on while being in the
Whole room. It was awful. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. But the bathroom fan made other Motel 6 stays questionable.
