Horrible

Not remodeled. Bed was hard and felt like there was 2 bars going down back. Bed squeaked horrible every time you moved. AC made loud banging sound every time it turned on and woke you up. Bathroom was dingy and water spots everywhere, didn’t look cleaned. Could hear everything happening in the lobby from the room. Everyone talking, walking in and music. Would not recommend or stay there again

It would have been nice to have been able to use the elevator. But it was for staff only. Even though i was on the second floor i struggled. They didn't have any on 1st floor. This day was like 106 degrees. So the ac was struggling to cool the room down. I asked if they had a fan I could use. Nope. I had the ac down to 62. Finally kicked in to cool during the night.

Overcharged

We were over charged for an extra guest. $10 instead of the posted difference on our room door of $6 and the Motel 6 website difference of $5. We spoke with the manager who promised to contact us when he got in that afternoon. It is 36 hours after we spoke to him and we have not heard from him. The desk clerk who checked us in spoke in a very condescending way simply because I had not checked the 2 guests button when making the reservation. I have no issue paying extra for my mistake in booking but it seems he just chose a random amount of $10 and charges my credit card. Taking advantage of tired guests who have been driving for 10 hours obviously that is why we checked in after 1AM is unacceptable. It is not about the $ amount but the disrespect from the desk clerk and lack of response from Mr. Patel (the manager).
