Waited for half an hour - no one at front desk, no sign of any employee on property, unable to check in !! Called number at desk, person said they would come then NEVER CAME. We had to leave and drive to another city to find a room

Appears short staffed because it took over 20 minutes to check in. Clean and quiet but worn down.

Was made to change rooms after we had already unpacked our belongings. Both rooms the bathroom light was burnt out. After we checked out I was changed twice on the card that I was made to leave for incidentals. We didn’t use anything and left the room in good shape, putting wet and used towels in the shower. I will Never use this hotel again. We have stayed there many times before never again!

The blankets are literally sheets.

The entire building has an odd chemical smell all the time. The bedspreads, blankets, and towels all had stains on them and the floor had not been vacuumed. They want to charge you $10 for a frozen Tony's pizza that you can buy at the truck stop across the street for $2.50. The guy at the front desk was arguing with someone on the phone in his native tongue (not English) for 5 minutes while I stood there waiting to check in after a 12 hour travel day. We have stayed at this place for many years (back when it was still a Sleep Inn) and it has really gone downhill in the last couple of years after it was sold. It is only a 20 minute drive to Marshfield and you have more choices. Find a better hotel there and don't be disgusted.
