Seul regret: les lits de camps de mes enfants étaient un peu spartiates

Great location, but the rooms weren’t clean. Breakfast was a nightmare. They took forever getting the breakfast items out. Staff too slow to take away dirty plates. Staff don’t acknowledge you are waiting and they chatter to each other.

Lovely stay with a beautiful view of the golf course the kids loved it was so chilled out the hole time we will definitely be coming back to stay in future and and have a game of golf to

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was lovely, carpet was dirty but minor problem. Food was great however the sausage with the mash was a bit chewy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Only issue we had was a large group of inconsiderate people at 1am arriving in taxis laughing and shouting outside our open window (it was hot). Not the staff's fault however assumed security would of dealt with them. The noise went on for about 20 mins. Other than that love it and would definitely come again.

To start the room was very dusty and not generally very clean to the standard I would expect.
Secondly it was very loud with doors banging in the evenings and through the night and we could easily hear people talking in the hall way late hours stopping us from getting a good night sleep.
Thirdly the bath was in desperate need of re sealing.
Fourthly we used the pool facilities on our first day and the pool had far to much chlorine and the jacuzzi was even worse to point where you couldn’t sit in it and breath for more than 1 minute lots of people were saying about it around the pool. It actually made me sick in the bathroom after being in it as my mouth tasted like chemicals and when I coughed / breathed it’s all I could taste. I think these levels must be harmful. I felt awful for the rest of my day and ruined my weekend.
we arrived for our first morning of breakfast and wasn’t even greeted or told what to do. So we found our table, we had to ask for cutlery as they had ran out. We then asked what there was as all the dishes were empty when we arrived and had to wait to have them refilled. The coffee machine also didn’t work. There really wasn’t much choice either. I also had to ask for pouched eggs twice as they didn’t arrive.
Next when I checked out, I said I’m here to check out the lady snatched the card out of my hand and said ‘what room number’ I said 32 and then that was it. She didn’t ask how our stay was or anything
