great location, poorly managed
Publié le 23 juin 2021 sur HomeAwaythe location is absolutley stunning, but it was rough from there. when we got there nobody knew we were coming, multiple different appliances and the hot tub didnt work and there was even rotten food leftover from the last customers which were apparently not very recent.

Im sorry your other family decided not to come and it seemed to ruin your trip. MY neighbour and the gentleman you met who gave you the keys was more than helpful accommodating your every question and need It seems very sad you made this amazing space out to be anything but outstanding the house was perfectly spotless when you came. Yes the hot tub is broke. I paid for and ordered the part 2.5 months ago and assumed it would show up quickly, I was wrong. Concidering when you were there the temputure was around 45 I thought the canoes, sup, diving boards, bikes, slides, kayaks yoga studio pool table endless games and large TVs and just about anything else you could think of is there for your use, you could have found something nice to say. My appliances...Sub zero fridge and freezer, imported stove from France, new dishwasher and counter top steamer, 2 sets of washer and dryers, I have no idea what you are talking about appliances weren't working? Thats just not true. Its too bad your friends left you with the bill but you shouldn't take it out on me and my home. I hope you find a way to enjoy the rest of your summer, life is short.

Awesome home and lakefront location
Publié le 31 août 2020 sur HomeAwayAs advertised, this IS the best lot on Kal Lake. The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is amazing and one of the few yards on Kal with lots of waterfront and a flat yard.
The posting doesn’t do this rental justice! There are several stand up paddleboards to use along with paddles, as well as a kayak and two mountain bikes. The bikes could use a bit of tuning up but were usable.
Although this property is new to VRBO and rentals, everything went pretty smoothly. The property manager met us on arrival and provided a tour. He was easily available for any questions. The yoga studio needed a quick sweep when we arrived but after that it was good to go.
This is an expensive rental but worth it!

Publié le 31 août 2020 sur HomeAwayThis is an incredible property that has everything you could want for your time there - beautiful, spacious home with amazing outdoor kitchen, diving boards, slide, kayak, paddle boards, canoes, bikes and easy access to loads of hiking trails. Ample room for all six adults with two kitchens, numerous lounging areas both inside and outside with ample seating. We loved this property!
