The beds were great and the bathrooms clean. They should provide two towels when 2 people are partying. There was tobacco spit on the stair carpet and walls going up the stairs. The carpet in the stairs and hallways needs cleaning badly.

Chef and service staff superb!

The whole place is battered. Appropriately the whole place also stinks of fried food, including the bedding and consequently ALL our clothing next day.
The bar is no better.
The landlord isn’t the greatest of hosts but to be fair, the lady who served breakfast was very pleasant and again, to be fair, breakfast was great.

I was coming from far away so i phoned ahead and they kept the kitchen open for me, it was so good of them.

Good for one night
