A large sun drenched deck area provides beautiful views of the dramatic Hazards Mountains.

The house has heating for your comfort and has a versatile layout that provides the comfort and convenience for couples to have a romantic getaway or families and friends to have their own separate space but ample room to come together to appreciate the beautiful views and special features of this comfortable but stylish home.

Situated just above Richardson's Beach, the house is with a few minutes walk of Freycinet National Park, beaches, jetty's, shops and cafe.

This home offers you a unique experience of Coles Bay.

Park View has an open plan living area, dining, kitchen and spacious balcony upstairs, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on this upper floor. On the lower level there is also a second living area and another 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped and conventionally modern. Have a BBQ and out on the deck, while enjoying the most breath taking view.

You can wonder down the path, through the tree's to the beach. Continue to walk along the beach to The Bay restaurant for lunch or dinner, enjoying the sunset while walking home.

Delightful home to stay close to everything yet so private
The property was ideal in its location, provided everything we needed yet still very private, the views of the National Park were beautiful, we even made friends with a local kookaburra who came to visit us :) The property well equipped and comfortable for family or like us two couples, enough room for privacy and extra bathrooms and lounge areas a real bonus, would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and view of the mountains lovely. Outdoor balcony lovely and big. Location short walk to the few shops and cafes so is perfect. House is tucked away in quiet street with rabbits roaming at dusk. Inside no board games or cards etc so BYO these for after dinner activities.
