Great Sightseeing Location

Great stay but it was a litt disconcerting not getting the code till right on check in time

We send the access codes via an automated SMS to the mobile number that guests have added to their booking details, there are rarely any issues receiving the code and guests have access to the property from check in time. We are always available for guests to reach if you have not received your code or need any assistance.

Mould around several windows; Nose smudge on Loungeroom window; Dust on skirting boards in ensuite;

Inspections obviously not properly attended to, as some of the problems could not have short term build up... e.g. mould and dust. (Main Bedroom - Mould around windows; dust& fluff buildup on top of skirting boards in en suite... Greasy (Nose mark?) on main window in lounge;
Also, One coffee sachet for 4 night stay two people; one towel each for 4 night stay; (= poor attention to detail)
No signal on TV (when complained about we were told that it was known of); upstairs noise of hard shoes (on floorboards?) for 4 hours from 3.45am last night of our stay.
Missing kitchen items from drawers (not 6 of each of knives, forks and spoons.
Photos of above problems can be provided. Poor! Cove 1 is not 4.5 star! Certainly none of the problems encountered were obvious on advertising representing this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we appreciate your feedback. We are happy you contacted us regarding the TV signal, we apologise for this inconvenience and although we were not able to rectify the issue during your stay, we did provide some compensation.
Unfortunately, you did not bring any other issues to our attention. Our team is dedicated to resolving issues for guests when they arise and if you believed the property was not clean, we would have sent a team member to attend to this.
Our cleaning protocols are very thorough and each property is inspected by our operations team before welcoming new guests, so we will follow this up and check the procedures have been carried out.
It is true, we do provide one towel for each guest, but we are always just a phone call away if you need anything further, be it towels or cutlery, we do want you to be comfortable while on holiday.
It is very difficult for us to know that you had such a miserable time while staying in this gorgeous location. We are always striving to provide an amazing customer experience and we are terribly disappointed that we did not achieve this for you.
