Warmest hosts we ever had.
Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back.

Wonderful hosts and property

The property was exactly as advertised and pictured on the VRBO site including the small but cozy covered porch and the very short walk (100 meters) to the lake and piazza with coffee shops and other eateries. The apartment was perfectly clean, good air conditioning, and had all the necessary equipment. Colico is lovely but visitors should be aware that there are fewer sailings (and the fast boat broke down) so, ask the owners to get this and any other information for you - they will certainly help with a smile and Josie's espresso!

Beautiful spot close to the lake and restaurants
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayFranco communicated with us quickly, met us outside the building and showed us how everything in the apartment worked and where things were. The apartment has a pretty deck, big windows to see the mountains and down to the lake. The building was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Lots of space for the 6 of us. The upstairs loft was accessible by spiral staircase. Beautiful spot that we would love to stay at again.

Hervorragende Wohnung in toller Lage
Publié le 11 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayDie Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und dabei zentral gelegen (ca. 100 m bis zur Piazza und der Seepromenade). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Franco und Giuseppina sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Auf ihre Unterstützung kann man zählen. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Publié le 15 août 2021 sur HomeAwaySehr schöne, neue Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber! Es hat an nichts gefehlt; Handtücher sowie Geschirrhandtücher und eine vollständige Küchenausstattung waren gegeben. Außerdem ist der Vermieter super lieb und sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthalts stets erreichbar und sehr bemüht, allen Wünschen nachzukommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Colico und man läuft nicht einmal 100 Meter zum Hauptplatz der Stadt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Un soggiorno da favola
Publié le 26 août 2020 sur HomeAwayGiro il mondo da tanti anni, sia per lavoro che per svago, e non mi ricoordo di essermi sentito cosi bene proprio come se fossi a casa mia come sta volta! Il segreto sta nel binomio perfetto tra casa e host: 1) casa molto spaziosa ed accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, super attrezzata, posizione invidiabile in piazza lago a due passi da tutto (stazione ferroviaria, spiaggia , ristoranti, negozi e supermercati).. 2) Host: FRANCO e Giusy eccellenti molto disponibili, gentili e preparati. È stato un Soggiorno veramente da favola e speriamo di ritornarci presto. Grazie di cuore a Franco e Giusy
