We were in town for my sister's graduation. This place was perfect for us - much less expensive than any of the hotel rooms this weekend! Quiet, clean, safe, roomy. We had such fun laughing around the table!

We stayed for family vacation over thanksgiving, very easy booking and check in. Easy to get in touch with host, he was accommodating and very helpful. 10/10 recommend

Beware when booking here~owner double books!!!

We booked this property to spend time with family and attend a college football game. We reserved the property in June of 2023 for a November 2023 stay. We received a personal message the same day we reserved from the owner thanking us for booking. Two days before our stay we received a "keys to your property email" but no information was listed, so I reached out to the owner. He responded saying the property was double booked and that I had to call customer service to straighten it out. 16 hours before our stay I contacted customer service and the owner said the other booking place he lists with (I cannot say the name in this review) had double booked, but he would call back to let us know what was going on 2 hours later. We did not hear from him until about 4 hours before we were supposed to leave, so we had to cancel the trip because we did not want to drive 3 hours and have no place stay. We asked for our money back since HE listed with on two sites, but he said it was the other site's fault and we needed to deal with them. Beware-the owner lists on multiple sites and often has double booking by his own admission. He told us that he would not give us a refund because we stayed at the property when he knows that we did not stay there. This whole problem was caused by him, yet he will not refund our money.
