Great value, convenient location.
Just a clean and safe place. No concerns staying there with granddaughters. Clean, comfortable. Everything in working order. Breakfast was nice but eggs, sausage, potatoes need to be kept warmer. Waffles good! Front desk staff always friendly, especially the evening check in guy! Making frequent trips from Austin to Lufkin, good halfway spot. Subway and other restaurants within easy walking distance. Christmas store and event next door. Will check it out next time. Buccee's just across the street.

Bathroom door hard to close, knob is damaged looks like someone hit it with a hammer several times. Shower know didn’t work properly. No drain plug. Bath tub damaged had a big patch giving a getto view. Outside walkway looks like an old abandoned building not what the name stands for.

Good value and well kept.
I alerted the hotel about my pending late arrival, and my reservation was held for me even though I arrived after midnight. Very grateful. Room had all basic needs. Bedding was clean and looked fairly new. Room and bathroom were clean and well kept even if a little dated. Good value for the $$.
