Bel établissement et un agréable séjour. Les chambres sont confortables, la piscine agréable et le jardin pour prendre nos repas avec un bbq est bien. Pour ne pas perdre les côtés positifs un investissement sur les installations et commodité sera requise.

The check in was awful. The person at the reception was not courteous at all. We had foreigners in our group who spoke little English, she was impatient and unpleasant. The drain in the shower was plugged, we’ve asked someone to fix it at 9:00 am. At 6:00pm it was still not taken care off. No cleaning of the rooms even if we stayed 3 nights, so the rooms were super dirty because we have to come in with our boots. There was no place to store our ski equipments. The last straw of disappointment was when I’ve asked for a bottle opener to open a coca-cola glass bottle and got told by the waitress of the lobby restaurant that because Of Covid they did not have the right to help me. So, service was awful at this hotel. The piano at the lobby can be played, but it is in dire need for tuning. The hotel has the location going for it, less than 10 minutes from Blue Mountain. But the staff is definitely an issue.

Hotel was under renovations but the room itself was large and quiet.

Staff & dining room are wonderful - great happy hour and apps. Room is clean but tired!
