Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCharged for the room even though I prepaid with hotels. They came to the room an hour later with a refund receipt after clearing it up with Hotels. I should have booked with the hotel directly and saved money after seeing what they would have charged. Breakfast was just cereal this day.

The room was nasty and even had blood stains on the covers. When I told them they went to move us to a different room. The cleaning lady said she would freshen it up before we went in. After 30 min we went in and it was dirty too. She mopped the bathroom but did not vacuum the Cheetos up off the carpet. Very bad experience.

The room was dirty,unfinished wall patching.Bathroom was dirty and rusty medals.Just a sad place to be.
