Housekeeping one of the days I was there was bad. The bed was not made, the tissue box not refilled, the coffee pods not refilled and carpet was not vacuumed. The second day, the room was cleaned correctly. I only left a tip for the second day and I dropped that off at the front desk to ensure the correct person received it. The front desk personnel were excellendt.

Great family stay. Dont count on the fitness ctr
Spent 4 nights here during the Thanksgiving holiday with our great dane. Lots of families were there as well. It was a clean & comfortable room. A little noisy in the hallways but that is to be expected when the hotel is pretty full. Good hot breakfast served every morning. The only negative comment i have is the fitness center was pretty useless. None of the cardio equipment was usable. There was a small selection of free weights.

Very convenient location. Breakfast options were good. Our room missed getting made up one day and the coffee station and sundry snacks for purchase ran low on some items during our week stay. Most of the front desk staff were very nice.,,only one crabby lady on one day. I stay here again…and the pricing was good.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The parking lot was well lit which I appreciated as a woman travelling alone. However, the hot breakfast items were not always hot and not very tasty. I was there a week and by the end of my stay, I ate breakfast elsewhere.

The air-conditioning unit was noisy. The compressor or something in the outside part of the unit vibrating caused the plastic parts inside the room to vibrate rhythmically. The mattress was great! California King size? The sheets and blankets were high quality. The free breakfasts were great. A tasty variety of hot and cold options.
