My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. First, the shower head was completely broken, causing water to spray all over the bathroom, soaking everything in the process. On top of that, I was horrified to find a used soap bar left in the shower from the previous guest – clearly, the room had not been cleaned properly before we checked in. The poor service didn't stop there. The front desk host was incredibly rude during both check-in and check-out, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. I expected so much better and was thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.

While we are happy that you were our guest, we do apologize that things did not go as planned. The room had been checked (and documented) before your check in and there were no issues with this room. You did not let us know there were any issues before you took a shower after being in the room for almost 3 hours. We did provide you with a perfectly clean room with no issues when you came to the front desk. Again, we do apologize for any issues, but the room was checked before you checked in and there was nothing found in the room and this was documented. We do hope that you have a great weekend.

Great stay and was right near several restaurants. Perfect for going to St. Louis for a concert. Price was perfect also for just a quick stay.

Breakfast didnt have any type of eggs or meat.

No more Hotels.com

The staff was very friendly and helpful. That's more than I can say for Hotels.com. The property didn't have my reservation when I arrived and Julie at the front desk was very helpful it getting me and my wife a room.
