Older. Some rooms with wear and tear. Great for the cost. Attached restaurant was excellent. Very clean.

Great customer service

Check In went quickly, asked for two keys and was provided with two, however one was not keyed to the room. The next morning, took a shower, turning the know to H for hot water. The water was cold. It started to warm up and when I had it go through the shower head, it became cold again. When I told the front desk upon check out, they were apologetic and offered compensation, however I declined. They did say they would look into the issue. Unsure if it was my user error or if something else was going on. The toom itself has some stains by the ac unit.

Couldn't get water from faucet of bathtub for shower. Finally got enough for minimum flow shower. I stayed in room 107 very very noisy with elevator noise. One desk clerk told me no rooms I got on Expedia and they had rooms and I booked it and stayed one night. Not a good experience!
