Ruby at the front desk started off our stay with an amazing, friendly and super helpful check-in! She is a star. The hotel is nice and very spacious- the rooms are well-kept. Showing their age a little.

Very disappointed that the breakfast offered was not included with the price of the room, but was $17 per person extra.

Older. Some rooms with wear and tear. Great for the cost. Attached restaurant was excellent. Very clean.

Great customer service
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck In went quickly, asked for two keys and was provided with two, however one was not keyed to the room. The next morning, took a shower, turning the know to H for hot water. The water was cold. It started to warm up and when I had it go through the shower head, it became cold again. When I told the front desk upon check out, they were apologetic and offered compensation, however I declined. They did say they would look into the issue. Unsure if it was my user error or if something else was going on. The toom itself has some stains by the ac unit.
