Disappointing Stay - Not What I Expected from Hilt
LI recently stayed at the Hampton Inn O’Fallon and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a certain standard of service, but this stay fell far short. Housekeeping never serviced my room during my stay, despite my requests. I didn’t receive the wake-up calls I had scheduled, and even something as basic as towels was ignored after multiple requests. The staff was cold, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing these issues. I chose this hotel because of my trust in the Hilton brand, but this experience has left me questioning that trust. I hope improvements are made for future guests, but I won’t be returning to this location.

You need better cable TV Service.
Worst TV guide I have experienced in 25 years. When you are in a different city than home and want to find something to watch on TV, you start at the TV Guide. Yours only shows one station at a time and offers very little info. I even checked with the front desk and they said, "That's the way it is"

More employees and minus kids event wouldnt be bad
They needed more staff. I waited 15 mins before anyone showed up at the front desk. It wasnt for a lack of working. He was the only one and doing his best to work a fully booked hotel. The other down fall was a kids gaming event so kids were running around until very late and even early in the morning the room above bounced and ran.
