Was put in a room "around back" remolding debris stacked up everywhere, felt like I was in the slums

Lady at the front office was rude and I did not feel safe with her being there.

Thank you for your review I'm so tired of people writing reviews saying I'm rude I am not rude and as far as you saying you didn't feel safe with me well guess what if i didn't watch everything that goes on around my motel then you could say that you didn't feel safe but i see everything that goes on my property you might think I'm rude when i say this is not a party motel or a hang out spot for family and friends in the room or in the parking and that you can't come here and think you can do anything you want to do that's not happen at my motel and do you want to know because i care about my guest safety and for my property so have a bless night and be safe

Thank you for your review wow you stayed here the whole night never called or came to the front desk about anything but your going to write a bad review saying your stay with us was terrible so I'm going to let everyone know that reads this review how bad my towels looked the were filthy with dirt and ink spots on my pillow cases but you got the nerve to say you had a terrible stay you have a bless day

I didn't know that they did not allow check in after midnight. I thought all motels allowed check in any time. I shouldn't have to work around their schedule. I got there at 2am and the office closed at midnight. I finally raised somebody and she was extremely rude and refused me a room and refused a refund. I ended up driving 4.5 hours home instead. Is there a way I can get a refund??

Thank you for your review first and fore most states on my booking sites that i close at midnight its 3:00 PM TO 12:00 AM (MIDNIGHT) yes i was upset because there's also a sign on my night window that says closed and as far as you getting a refund you have to get that from whom ever you booked the room from i never even put you in my system so i don't owe you a refund you booked for JUNE 14th 12:49 am so i don't put those reservation in my computer until 8:00 am on the day it's for because i don't get them until then I'm in bed after i lock up for the night i work 16 hours a day
