Quiet and refreshing surroundings. Room designs are spacious and comfortable. Hotel facilities are clean and relaxing.

The environment and design of the hotel is clean, relaxing and beautiful. Staff service is excellent. But transportation
to downtown should improve. e.g. hotel shuttle bus service should be available on weekdays as well.

The staffs were great. The facilities were great. The building was a bit run down. The hotel may or may not worth the 5 stars. One big problem is transportation as the Taxi in Macau is basically mafia operated with no Uber or Grab or Ola or Didi or Gocar. Several times we had to rely on public bus.

It is a spacious hotel in a location that you can see a different side of Macau. Love the beach and sea view from the hotel room. The swimming pool area also nice and kids friendly environment.
The only down point is that it is not at a very convenient location that you might have difficulties for getting a taxi during peak hour if you have missed the shuttle bus or buses outside the hotel (they all runs in every 30 minutes).
Also, it would be nice if they had a convenient shop inside the hotel. As if customers need some daily necessity or snacks, they would have to bring themselves or travel back to the main city center to get them.

Posted Oct. 6, 2023 on HotelsBilly, Director of Rooms, helped us assure all details in place, as we traveled with baby and had many requests. Then, the F&B room service and pool staff was excellent too. Very accommodating and beautiful setup for birthday. We stayed at this property ALWAYS when in Macau, before called Westin, now changed name. We would continue staying there.
