We had a short stay at this hotel to visit the Weinachtsmarkts in Koln, the room was comfortable quiet clean and warm, exactly as we like it. Service was very good, helpful and positive.

Amazing stay for Christmas Markets!
This hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of the train station, 3 Christmas markets, the cathedral, and all the main shopping locations in Cologne. The beds are comfy, the room was large and allowed you to connect a fire stick to TV if you have one (outlet behind TV, etc.). The morning breakfast had eggs and lots of breads/meats/fruits! The staff is very friendly and the place was super clean! I will stay here again when I return!

Lovely staff and a fantastic location. We had a view of Cologne Cathedral from our room which was stunning. We were walking distance from the centre. Really enjoyed our stay, the team were so helpful.

We reserved two rooms for our stay; one for our daughters and one for us. One room was fine in size but the other was frankly the size of the closet in our main bedroom at home - and the rooms were same price. Quite disappointed.

Great location just across from church. Countless restaurants nearby. Easy walk to River. Only thing missing was coffee in the room but a fabulous bakery and espresso shop a couple steps from entrance more than made up for that. Would stay again.

I loved that the cathedral view from the window was so beautiful. It was a little noisy at night due to the drinking Christmas market across the street but it was also beautiful to see because of the decorations. This hotel is very close to many many shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was right across from the christmas market which is what we were looking for. The view we had from the room also gave us a view of the christmas market so we were more than satisfied with our stay here, as an additive the hotel staff was very friendly and engaging in answering all questions we had and pointi g us in the direction of other sites.
