Highly exclusive, lovingly furnished apartment with loft character in the heart of Cologne for up to 6 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped u. a. with ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine. A guest toilet and a tastefully designed bathroom with a bathtub to relax and a large shower complete the living experience.

The location is flattering: you can walk to everything on Cologne's rings, between Barbarossaplatz and Zülpicher Platz. Light rail, Cologne Cathedral, museums, bars & discotheques, shops for daily needs, etc. can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Would definitely stay again.
Lovely sized property, plenty of room for a small family. It has all the basics you need with comfy beds, which is important! On arrival it was obviously cleaned and looked after. Perfect location close to transport and restaurants without being too noisy. It was warm in the bedrooms but fans were provided. They were needed. We liked the decor in the apartment and there was ample storage for a week. Only thing i would add is some international apps on the tv. Netflix or prime would have been nice to watch in between activity. Overall tho I am glad we stayed here. Thank you to the hosts.

Einfach nur Klasse!!! Wohnung war wie beschrieben wie im Inserat und war wirklich groß und schön. Die Lage ist einfach super, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wenn wir wieder in Köln sind werden wir die Wohnung nochmal buchen.

Quiet, roomy apartment in a great location in Cologne
I was attending the annual FIBO trade show in Cologne and thought I would be joined by others, but I ended up staying at this apartment alone. Still, it was nice to come back to my "own" place every day, one that was secure and quiet with a comfortable bed and terrific bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great location, but no bedroom windows to open
This apartment is in a good location of Cologne. There are many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and the train is very close. There is also a great supermarket nearby and a parking garage next to this market. The apartment itself is big and the two bathrooms are very useful. My main negative about this apartment is the bedroom windows. It seems that the building has created an awning structure around the bedroom windows. So in the smaller bedroom there are 3 windows that do not open to the outdoors and in the bigger bedroom 3 out of the 4 windows do not open to the outside. So when we were staying there it was a heat wave and we were VERY HOT. No air could get into the rooms. They did give us fans (there is no air conditioning) but it did not help the sweaty nights. So if you are going not in the summer, this would be a great place to stay. Otherwise the place was clean and in a great location.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos, das Wifi leider gar nicht. Für den Preis könnte man auch mehr Ausstattung in der Küche erwarten: Kaffemaschine neben Senseo und Geschirrspüler. Sauberkeit nur drei von fünf Sternen.

Prima appartement. Schoon en ruim voldoende voor 4 personen. 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Veel leuke restaurants vlakbij en supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. Door dubbele ramen geen last van weg/trambaan.

1A Lage, tolle Einrichtung, freundlicher Kontakt
Wegen einer Zugverspätung sind wir leider erst nach der Check-In-Zeit an der Wohnung gewesen, doch nach Absprache hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben 1A gelegen und von innen recht modern eingerichtet. Alles ist in perfektem Zustand. Da es über Wochen schon sehr heiß war, wurden extra ein paar Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen!
