Beautiful Fall Stay
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful weekend here! Great for families with kids, just a short walk across the street to a park with a playground and the beach! There are a lot of fun fall things in this area too. Took a 15 min drive to Jollay Orchards for apple picking and fall activities too. Would highly recommend!

Great memories

We loved the beautiful surroundings, close proximity and access to Lake Michigan, walks on the beach enjoying beautiful sunsets, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and a bike ride to Paw paw lake. We were here for a family wedding and it was a great place for us to stay together. Dianna was easy to reach for any questions and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful visit

Fun Time With Friends
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a cute little getaway! Looks like a cute little farm lakehouse with quite a bit of yard for yard games. Tons of beds for sleeping in, little notes for how to use things, and Dianna the host is super sweet!

Good for a quick trip
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayClose to the park, kid friendly! The traffic on M 63 was loud. We used ourown water due to the Sulphur smell. The hpuse was roomy and alot of time and energy put in converting it. Home owner was gracious and attentive.

too many rules
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaycharging us for cleaning and than telling us to clean is nuts, we had to strip our sheets and take them down stairs, take out the trash, buy products that should have been their, like garbage bags, grill did not work nor the was there a working lighter for the grill....The beds were comfortable. The water smelled like rotten eggs. and the stairs were scary. The owner kept telling me to go 2 miles down the road to buy the products that should have been there already. I would never stay there again.

I’m so sorry you didn’t have a 5 star stay. We only ask that you strip your beds and remove YOUR garbage. That’s it that’s all. Yes I provide 1 of everything toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. YOU ONLY STAYED 2 days, which we do not even allow I should have cancelled your reservation but I felt sorry for you. The grill is brand new WHO TEXTS TO SEE IF THERE IS A LIGHTER OR THAT ITS GOING TO RAIN. LOL the rest of your comments are intangible?? Rotten egg water?? We have a brand new water softener. Scary stairs?? They go up and than they go down. LOL yes you will not be welcome back in our home. That we share for people to enjoy a beautiful beach and a wonderful location. Kind regards!

Nice family getaway for the 4th!
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our time at the house. It had a lot of the amenities we were looking for. The property is a short drive from South Haven and St.Joseph. The beach was a short walk and we got to see fireworks from the surrounding neighbors and while we were on the beach. Overall a great trip. :)
