Not what we expected
Publié le 4 févr. 2017 sur ExpediaThe ownerbpaid for a Tuk Tuk & we were taken to a different building where the room we were given doubled as an office for the Thai massage business above us. Although there was double glazing preventing us from being disturbed by the main road, but building works started at 7am & went on until 7pm & a karaoke club started at 10pm
Ouroom felt unsecured & our adapter went missing.

We are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.That day we started some repair works. But why didn't you inform the problem us.If you have informed it would be arrange a another apartment. sorry

Contre : 対応が遅く、あいまい。
到着したら、オーバーブッキングで部屋がないと言われました。
現地に詳しい友人がいたので、交渉し、近くのホテルを代案で追加料金で準備してもらいました。
ただ、代案で泊まった場所は朝食もつかず、荷物も預けたら高額なチップを請求され、散々でした。
友人がいたのでよかったですが、夜間のフライトで1人だったらと思うと、ゾッとします。

Publié le 8 août 2016 sur HotelsVi var på hotellet i tre dager. Beliggenheten var relativt grei, men langt fra den reelle bykjærnen. Leiligheten manglet vinduer, wifi og hadde mangelfull belysning. Størrelsen var bra, men kunne hatt et noe bedre utstyrt kjøkken. Det var TV og air-condition noe som trekker i litt positiv retning.

We were directed to their new apartment complex at 29/5 Albert Place, Colombo 3 on the pretext that Harmer's Avenue, Colombo 6 was their office. We learned later on that Harmer's Avenue was full and that is why we were re-directed.
They had not provided towels, toilet paper or soap in the bathroom and no coverlet for the bed.
We feel that Hotels.com should refund some of our money for the inconvenience and discomfort we suffered on our first night in Sri Lanka.
This procedure is a bad advertisement for the hotel.
