It is just 3 min to Lanka hospital.
Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Charming from staff to service to food
Posted Oct. 30, 2017 on HotelsLoved every moment of our stay at Teatalk. It's a superb hotel. Just 6 rooms but wow - we got upgraded to the best room. We had such a lovely time. The service was delightful. The staff so friendly and efficient. The food was out of this world. The Italian food was simply fab and portions are very generous. Teatalk - You guys rock! And the tea is awesome.

This is a very nice hotel run by very nice people. They were very pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was a very good outpost from which to explore Colombo. We had a great time here and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the city.

Pros: Everything about this place. Unfortunately stayed just for a day. Would definitely stay for longer time on my next visit.
Cons: Nothing as such. Maybe elderly people might find it difficult to climb the stairs in the absence of an elevator.
Location: Very close to the Main Road . Within 10 min tuk tuk ride for shopping places, restaurants, other places of interest.
Located close to the main road,very helpful staff especially Dinesh and Prasad. Rooms were very spacious and clean.Food was delicious. Excellent value for money. Definitely would stay again.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: More options in terms of food, it would be great if the fridge was filled as well.
Location: It is located right next to a hospital, and the luxury mall is only 5 mins away by Tuk Tuk.
We were upgraded to a much larger room, with all the modern amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had basic food such as sandwiches and pasta, but were made well! Expedia gave us a very good deal on the property, so it really made sense.
We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.
