No compassion!!

I was there fishing a local lake when I got news that my father had passed, this was at 1pm. I called the hotel right away and asked for a early check out for a day credit, the receptionist said she would ask her manager. By the time I got off the lake and checked out it was 2:30pm. The manager said sorry since it was after 2pm she would have to charge me for another night. I will never stay at this hotel chain ever again, being a corporate pilot I stay in hundred’s of hotels a year. And since hotels.com will continue to advertise for this chain can’t use them anymore either!! Treat people like crap, lose my business!
