tout était parfait, rien à reprocher a cet hôtel qui nous permet de passer une nuit sur la route entre Santa Fe et Denver

Staff was very friendly, check in counter staff super friendly, they get 5 stars. Our room was next to the highway off ramp and was lowd, the drapes didn't close completely and light leaked at night. There was a storage room door across from my room and the cleaning staff slammed the door all night long as they enter or excited the room, kept waking me up all night. 1st day we left the "privacy please" sign out, but the second day we out the "Please Clean" sign put and when we returned late at night, the room had not been cleaned. The breakfast was good, basic items. Although the hotel is down a busted road, behind a closed store, it was conveniently located near a couple of restaurants and a target, highway was conveniently located next the hotel.

The MOST time consuming wait to check-in, EVER! I thought we were going to spend the night standing in line! Nothing to compensate- they should have set out freshly baked cookies (and dinner! lol!). The bathroom floor was soooo sticky! Yuck!

Since I booked on Expedia and not BW website I was not allowed to get any BW rewards for my stay.

The clerk on duty was a professional. Was disappointed that the pool and spa was not available. A little older place but did not experience the smells that accompany older hotels. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.
