tout était parfait, rien à reprocher a cet hôtel qui nous permet de passer une nuit sur la route entre Santa Fe et Denver

No elevator

Staff is great. However, pretty typical of most hotels, facility needs upgrading. No elevator!! Should be added to facility details. I overheard that several rooms were without AC. I am convinced they control the air somehow or at least lock it. We were sweating overnight, not able to turn the temp down. (Turning up was no problem). We left the room at one temp and found it later set to another temp. Key pad not working at one moment then working after reporting it not working. Funky stuff going on there. We knew we were going to be tight with double beds, but for them not to have any queen size beds is crazy. The rooms are definitely big enough to accommodate them.

Dear guest,I can affirm to you that we do not control the A/C's nor lock them. We are happy to look into any issues that arise during your stay, and if we can not resolve the issue immediately we will do everything in our power to resolve it. Move your room to a different room, have maintenance take a look at the issue, etc.

The location is off since there is a car service in front of it, so it feels secluded and isolated. The hotel is ok; however one day when the staff cleaned the room; they left bathrooms I cleaned and didn’t replace towels. They only set the bed and emptied trash bin. Also we asked for towels at around 8 pm, they called us at almost 1 am (yes, middle of the night)! When I told them why are you calling so late in the night, her response was but you asked for towels! lol! The morning reception staff the next day was v good though and seemed v friendly and well trained.

It was ok for the price. Beds were uncomfortable, but it worked for 1 night.

Very little parking and difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Additionally, we booked here because it says "pet friendly" and it is NOT. We were turned away at midnight after driving for 13 hours on our cross country move.

Nice place to unwind

Staff was friendly and our room was conveniently located near the front desk. The pool and Jacuzzi was fun after hours of travel. There is tons of shopping near by as well as the Cheyenne mountain zoo, a must see. there is lots of parking, a carwash and 7-11 conveniently located in front of the hotel.
