Staff was incredibly friendly. Beautiful hotel the room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor pool even though it was a little hard to find. I would recommend making sure there are signs to get to the pool. Overall, a great day.

Very nice, clean rooms and wonderful staff in the hotel lobby and restaurants. Pleasant stay! Only thing I would add/change is to put two comfortable chairs/sitting area in rooms. Other than the bed, there is one desk chair only to sit on. Other than that, super nice!

The beds in the room were awful. Big lump in the middle of both beds. Terrible nights sleep. No remote for the TV. We checked out early. No pool or jacuzzi available, why were we charged for resort fees when all it was is a hotel. Very disappointed and the staff did nothing about it. Poor customer service.

We had an amazing stay at Chamonix, we were there for one night to see the ice castles in cripple creek and even though it was a casino and we had our 6 year old son it was very inclusive and we had a blast the only con id say is we didn’t stay longer.

We loved every part of this Hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had room service and the food was great as well. We also celebrated my bday at the steakhouse. a little pricey but tasty
