El estado de la habitación es exageradamente descuidado paredes rotas, lámparas sin funcionar, televisor sin sonido, muebles rotos. Hice check in en linea y me bloquearon la tarjeta tres veces por el monto de la estadía y $100 adicionales, este es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, las almohadas huelen muy mal, la ropa de cama y las cortinas están manchadas, tengo fotos de todo.

Charged $100 deposit that they said would be refunded. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread, marks and large patches in the walls, broken lamps, bathroom door falling off hinges. Advised front desk immediately of pre-existing damage. Was told they would make a note of it. Mentioned again at check out. Nothing was noted. Called to ask why my bank shows $100 charge. No response.

Never had my room clean in a week,had to ask for towels cuz there wasn't any,had to ask for a blanket wasn't any,no clock.. won't stay there again

Stop and go 1 nighter
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsJust was stopping in before flying out of Colorado Springs. Air conditioner was partially broken but still had cold air coming out. A lot of stains in the bathroom tubs and walls. Ice makers and juice machines at breakfast were not working. Quick stay to sleep only. wouldn’t stay more then 1 night

Opened the door to our room and gagged. The worst smelling run done disgusting place I have ever been in. Walked back out and went to my vehicle and booked rooms elsewhere not caring that I was just out the money for the 3 rooms that I booked there for two nights each. I honestly did not care that I was out over $800. This place should be shut down that is how disgusting it is. Gal at the front desk could not have been ruder when we were checking in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I’ve never checked out of a hotel so fast in my life. There were blood stains on the curtains and fecal stains on the shower curtain. The bed was broken and the bedding was torn. The chairs looked like they had been used often for “visits” as the staining was extremely evident. The carpet was dirty. Cars in the parking lot had busted windows. It was horrendous. Do not stay here!

Thought the reviews were exaggerating, but nope. Room smelled extremely strongly of smoke, there was no smoke detector at all, stains all over the bedsheets, curtains, and floors. Zero amenities worth speaking about. Check-in took forever, we were only given one towel for a king bed room, one of our keys didn’t work, the shower was falling apart. I could go on. Only saving grace was that we didn’t see any mice or bedbugs. Other bugs, sure, but no bed bugs.

The pool and hot tub were closed and the whole area looked creepy and dirty, the rooms were filthy, other peoples hair on the bed, the tan chair had black spots on it, the carpet was disgusting, the office chair had splatters of white something or another on it and their plugs are probably a fire hazard as my phone charger would fall all the way out or half way out. We stayed as we were tired but we were up and out of there by 7AM! Never again will I stay there!
