Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hallways were dirty. No cleaning whatsoever, trash everywhere. Staff was friendly. Rooms only refreshed every 24 days. I didn’t stay 14 days so I had to do my own laundry for clean towels, bedding at $6 a load.

I would not recommend this for family with kids. The room was smelly and the towels did not look clean. Did you feel safe and was very noisy outside as well. We had a short nap and got out as early as possible.

Dirty and uncomfortable
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was very dirty and uncomfortable the bed was small and very uncomfortable if we didn’t already check in and leave a damage deposit we would have left the floor was so dirty we couldn’t even let our daughter crawl on it

Once I got to the room, everything was actually quite decent, clean rooms, And it has all the amenities you would want refrigerator, TV, AC, Microwave, etc.
However it was inconvenient that they weren't open at 11pm and it took 15 minutes for a person to come check me in... once she did she was quite nice! While waiting though I was appraoch insode by a couple homeless people asking questions... it made me very uncomfortable. The quality of people in the area was nerve wrecking so waiting the 15 min didn't help. The next A.M I had an early flight so I left my room at 7:30am and it was still closed...so I had to slide my key under the slider and hope they got it for proper checkout. All in all, safe and clean once inside the room... but it was slightly below average. I dont think its the motels fault as much as the area its in. Security around the area and a 24 hr check in guest services would help this property immensely.
