Great Hotel, a little outside of the city limits, but really calm!

Tv was not working and the staff fixed it promptly. Friendly staff, good bfast, convenient location.

All good, but the shower curtain.
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed at your hotel, because we were scheduled to have a college tour of The Academy. The staff was kind, the hotel and rooms were clean. The only thing I would like to see change at this time, is the length of the shower curtain. It barely reached the edge of the tub, so shower water was getting outside of the shower/tub, and onto the bathroom floor. We had to use a couple of bath towels to wipe up the water.

Nice room. A bit chilly when we arrived but we adjusted the temperature . Pleasant staff.

The hotel was fine except the sagging mattress was terrible. Didnt sleep well and terrible backache.

Great staff that was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, quality, freshness and selection and was well attended to by very busy staff.
Exterior signage and lighting was not working for the duration of our four night stay. Plumbing fixtures in our room were loose and poorly installed.
