Check in has been long and difficult. This motel do not get paid by Expedia so we have to pay on arrival. Everything else was ok

For the price it can't be beat. The owners obviously care about the property, the room condition, and their guests. They even give guests goody bags filled with fruit, snacks, and bottled water. It's a motel, so people in the halls were loud at times. Regardless, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

From the pictures this Motel doesn't look like much but its clean and they have updated the rooms very nicely. Very convenient to food and shopping within a 1 mile walk. We stayed in room 229 above the office and the bathroom is a little small if your a bigger person but overall this was a very pleasant place to stay. Goodie bags with water and snacks were provided at no charge. Very nice family owned and operated business. They don't have their own web page but you can try emailing them at gardenofthegodsmotel@yahoo.com or calling at 719-636-5271. rates might be cheaper dealing direct.
