Wonderful place

When we arrived we had just flown in from Denver with a toddler, and we have been traveling for more than 12 hours, so we reached out to see if we could access the unit a little earlier and they were very kind in letting us do so.

Thank you for renting with us. as it turns out, you're our last renter before we sell the property. The HOA made a new rule that there can't be VRBO STR's any longer. So much for the small businessperson!

Family Visit

Thanks for your business. You were our last guests before we sell this condo. The HOA outlawed STR's, so we have decided to sell it. Sofa beds are the worst! Sorry!

Good price and central location
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was fine as a homebase for taking day-trips around the Colorado Springs area. The price was excellent and the central location was very nice. Making meals was a little difficult, because there only one pan and 1 small baking sheet in the kitchen. No major issues with our stay, and it was a great value.

COS visit - Honest review

- Excellent High-speed internet
- Convenient location
- Covered parking
- Well-equipped kitchen
- Owner accommodated early check-in
Cons:
- Musty odor throughout the apartment
- Inadequate cleaning (e.g., thick dust layer on ceiling fan)
- Bugs present in the living room
- No central air conditioning; only one wall A/C unit in the living room (with filter change indicator on)
- Insufficient cooling for the entire apartment. Bedroom lacked A/C and was uncomfortably hot
- Limited cooling options: one table fan and a noisy evaporative cooler (disruptive during office meetings)
- Two exposed electrical outlets without cover plates:
In the kitchen near the sink (safety hazard with live wires)
In the living room near the floor (hazardous for young children)
- Owner did not take immediate action when informed about safety issues
- Living room sofa bed was old, worn-out, and uncomfortable (springs and metal divider noticeable)
- Sofa bed bedding appeared unwashed
- Bath towels were extremely worn and appeared very old. We had to purchase new towels from Target
- Living room TV remotes were non-functional
- Fire TV failed to connect to the internet
- Office monitor lacked HDMI connectivity (only VGA available)
- Printer cable was missing
- Ironing board cover was stained. Iron appeared outdated
Overall, while the apartment offered some conveniences such as high-speed internet and a good location, it suffered from numerous issues related to cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

Having Chetan Say at our condo;
Pro's: He paid his bill
Con's: He was super needy and didn't understand how to use a wall AC unit. He couldn't prepare his favorite dish because we didn't have an Insta-Pot. His complaints about our condo didn't include the updated kitchen. The fact his party used 16 towels....and purchased some from Target? What a crock! This condo is spotless 100% of the time. Has water, snacks and coffee at no extra charge. Stay in hotels in the future and leave small businesses running STR's. You never once complained about the price...

Very Clean and Well-Appointed
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very pleased with this property. VERY clean and the owners thoughtfulness made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. All basic things were available to us - soaps, paper goods, K cups for the coffee maker, etc. A very comfortable stay!

Graduation Visit
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat central location we were within 30 min of anyplace we wanted to go, (and we went to a lot of places) condo was clean and visitor friendly, we didn't stay in the unit very much (sleeping/shower) because we were visiting family and friend's would definitely like to go back to the Springs again and when we do we're going to try and stay here.
