Hotel quasi neuf, confort excellent, calme pas bruyant personnel serviable, petit dej inclus correct, beaucoup de choix. Laverie dispo, pour moi une bonne etape

Not the cleaniest hotel room we got on our 10 days trip to Colorado. There where hairs on the restroom conter top in our room, cofee stain on the wall and stain on the desk in our room.

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and everyone slept soundly. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice, quiet, safe, really good breakfast. Walk in showers.

I needed to get onto Wifi for my work, which was very difficult to connect. You must register as an Elite member to log on, but it didn't tell you that. The hot tub jets were broken so you could only sit in the warm water without jets. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was because of the hot tub. I should have received a comp of some sort for not having a working tub or put a notice on their website that it was currently not working.

I apologize for the unforeseen occurrence with the hot tub jets and for any confusion about the WIFI but you do not have to be a member to use it. Our WIFI is complementary to all our guest.
